Joyride launched 'Superchamps,' a superhero athlete IP. I oversaw all franchise touchpoints, including 3D models that sold out as NFTs in 30 seconds. We built two games and grew Kigu’s TikTok to 300k followers in under a year, producing high-quality weekly videos through trial and error.
I managed three pipelines for Superchamps: a digital assets pipeline generating thousands of models, a Unity game pipeline for 3D content and live-ops, and a cinematic pipeline for social media videos using high-poly models and Redshift.

All franchise characters use a universal rig system for both games, allowing easy retexturing and theme shifts—turning 'regular Joe' into 'zombie Joe.' Characters are designed with interchangeable gear like head, body, shoes, and accessories, maximizing merchandising potential while speeding up production and franchise growth.
We used short-form videos to grow the SuperChamps Franchise, with Kigu and his frying pan racket engaging 300k followers. After experimenting with motion capture and AI, we settled on a limited animation style like the Lego Movie. With just a 3-person team, we now produce one video a week and love every part of it!
Joyride acquired Bullet League and integrated SuperChamps with new 3D characters, environments, shaders, and VFX. After a community vote, we converted three original 2D characters into 3D and relaunched the game in under 3 months. Now live, I oversee monthly seasonal content, including new skins, trophies, and emojis.
